Fraud
R –v –L & others [2003]
This case involved an allegation made against our client and two others that they had defrauded the Home Secretary by assisting illegal immigrants to complete false applications for asylum in this country.
The allegation centred on a solicitors firm based in South East London where our client had been employed as an interpreter. Again, this case generated huge amounts of material and attracted significant interest due to the subject matter.
