R –v- M & others [2007]
We represented Mr. M, who was the first defendant in an eight-handed double murder trial at the Old Bailey. He was accused of the stabbing of two brothers in Tooting in 2006.
The case was complex not only because of the large amount of scientific evidence but also because of the huge number of independent and professional witnesses. This can be evidenced by the fact that the trial lasted eight months.
