R -v- C [2008]
Successfully defended client accussed of raping his ex-partner. The defendant advanced his defence that the sexual act was consensual. The case also involved the investigation of mobile phone evidence and our own forensics. Following a seven day trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court the defendant was unanimously acquitted by the jury.
