R –v- O & others [2007]
Our client was extradited from Italy to the UK to be one of five men tried at Woolwich Crown Court for the attempted London bombings on the 21st July 2005.
This case necessitated not only an understanding of extremely complicated and novel forensic evidence relating to the ‘bombs’ that failed to detonate, but also an in depth knowledge of the political aspects of Islam, and the sensitivities and special awareness required when representing clients of a different religion and way of life.
